CSC Dolphins Swim Team
The Cape St. Claire Dolphins Swim Team is a competitive swim program that teaches the principles of teamwork and good sportsmanship, promotes a love for the sport, and advances aquatic skills. Cape Swim Team is open to swimmers, ages 5 - 18, who can swim one length (25 yards) of the pool unaided.

The CSC Dolphins compete in the Greater Annapolis Swim League. Twenty one local teams in four divisions comprise the Greater Annapolis Swim League (GASL). Division placement is determined by the previous year’s performance. CSC Dolphins occupy a spot in the B division.
The season begins the Tuesday after Memorial Day and ends the third week in July.
Practices are held every weekday.

Family Volunteer Commitment
All families must work 3 volunteer shifts: one shift at three separate meets. Additionally, you must work a meet job during each Championship your children attend. All regular season meets occur on Saturday mornings.*
Please make sure that you are comfortable with these requirements before signing up. Failure to meet this commitment will impact your registration for the following year.
* A dual meet will be held on the morning of Friday 7/3 to accommodate for the 4th of July holiday.

- March 30: Exclusive Registration closes for Returning Swimmers
- April 8: New CSCSC Member Swimmers @ 8pm
- April 15: New Non-Member Swimmers*
*Please note, swim team spots are often full prior to new-non member registration.

- May 26: Evening practices begin.
4:30 - 5:15 8 and Unders (Water for 30 mins followed by 15 mins dryland)
4:45 - 5:30 9-10 year olds (15 mins dryland then 30 mins water)
5:15 - 6:15 11-12 yea olds (15 mins dryland then 45 mins water)
6:00 - 7:00 13+ ages (15 mins dryland then 45 mins water)
- June 17: Morning practices begin.
